Drawing upon the geometric logic of Euclid, this work explores the intricate interplay between mathematics and reality. Mathematics, by its very nature, is an idealized system—one in which perfect geometric forms never truly manifest in the physical world. In my hand-rendered reconstructions of these ideal shapes, every attempt at precision is inevitably marked by the traces of manual execution. This tension between the ideal and the real is articulated through the deliberate juxtaposition and collision of squares, circles, and triangles, revealing the paradox of humanity’s relentless pursuit of mathematical perfection alongside the inherent impossibility of fully realizing it.
